• Mash tun → kettle wort transfer: high-temp (95°C), 316L body + silicone liner.
• Whirlpool → heat exchanger: vibration prone, 2-bolt sets, self-locking.
• Fermenter to bright tank: aseptic, smooth-bore clamps, EPDM USP Class VI liner.
• CO₂ recovery: cryo-rated (-30°C), 316L + sliding pipe shoes for thermal cycling.
• CIP/SIP: full 316L, no rubber liner (direct contact with 80°C 2% caustic).
• Filling hall: 304 acceptable for cleaning chemical lines, 316L for product contact.
