Semiconductor fabs operate at ISO Class 5 or stricter. Pipe supports that shed particles disqualify the install. NIBRO supplies electropolished 316L clamps with degreased, double-bagged delivery — ready to install inside the cleanroom airlock.

Cleanroom delivery protocol
Every clamp is degreased in alkaline ultrasonic bath, rinsed in DI water, oven-dried, and double-bagged in clean ESD-safe PE. Outer bag is wiped, inner bag remains sealed until inside the cleanroom. Particle count guarantee: ISO Class 5 equivalent.
